Common questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we’ll send you a one-time 6-digit code. There’s no password — just enter the code to sign in.
How do I record a meeting?
Open the app, tap record, and put your phone down. Nothing joins the call. When you stop, the recording is turned into a note with a summary, decisions and next steps.
How do I connect Claude?
Open your Claude connection in the app, copy your link, then add it in Claude under Settings → Connectors. Once connected, Claude can answer from everything you’ve recorded.
How do I manage or cancel Air Note Pro?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Air Note. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can delete individual recordings and notes in the app. To delete your whole account, email us at the address above and we’ll remove your data.
