Terms of use

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Air Note. By using the app, you agree to them. They are also the end user licence agreement (EULA) for Air Note.

Air Note (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Harrison Jones. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Using Air Note

Air Note records conversations you have in person and turns them into notes, decisions and next steps. You may connect the app to your own Claude account so that Claude can answer from what you have recorded. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own purposes, in line with these terms and the App Store terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for the activity on your account.

3. Recording responsibly

You are responsible for how you record. Laws on recording conversations differ by country and region, and some require the consent of the people being recorded. You agree to comply with the laws that apply to you and to obtain any consent that is required before you record. Air Note is a tool for capturing conversations you are entitled to record; it is not for recording people without their knowledge where the law requires otherwise.

4. Your content

Your recordings and notes are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content back to you, and to generate notes from your recordings, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Air Note is free to download. Air Note Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. If you subscribe:

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Air Note to break the law, to record people unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Air Note running well, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for any loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top when we do, and significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continuing to use Air Note after a change means you accept the updated terms.
